Using a traditional melting tank and tempering by hand, each chocolate bar, truffle, and chocolate is quality-assessed to ensure its quality. All fillings are taste-tested too, so you know the chocolate you receive is of the highest quality.

I first established MAC Chocolates in 2019 after completing training at both Callebaut, and The Chocolate Academy. Through these courses, I learnt the in-depth art of chocolatiering and my imagination was sparked to create truly unique and bespoke chocolate treats.
MAC Chocolates was founded not only on a passion for chocolate but also on the values and experiences of my childhood.
Even the company name, MAC, doesn’t solely belong to me but also to my childhood horse, Mac. A sweet boy who carried me safely across the Elan Valley where I grew up.
I was also an avid baker growing up, licking the spoon with glee under my mother’s careful supervision. All these pieces of my history are carried with me through MAC Chocolates and honoured in my hand-crafting process.
